You're Not Stealing #MyVoice: No SILENCE!
Have you ever woke up from a night's sleep and said, "Why did I wake up?"
Have you ever picked up the phone to share exciting news with a friend, family member, or an associate and asked, "Why did I even bother calling you?"
Have you ever had something you suggested be taken from you and given you no credit for it?
Have you?!
I have?!
Many times. In fact, so many times over these last four years since moving back from Houston, Texas, to Baltimore, Maryland, I can not even count. I have had many small victories or successes. But have had many setbacks.
I know you understand. You went through #Covid. Some of you lost companies, family members, and other loved ones; some of you, ha.., even lost your dignity.
You had to do things you never thought you would do to get by.
You did that.
You said that.
You went there.
Yes, you did!
So what?
God loves you, and he knew before you did that, said that and or went there.
That still does not give you or anyone else the right to steal your voice!
So, never let anyone steal your voice.
Even in darkness, you have a voice. Even in the good times, you and I have a voice.
Voices......
Yours.
Mines.
Theirs.
There are so many people today trying to be someone they are not. There are so many impersonators and scam artists that it is unbelievable. I watched Dr. Phil last week; he talked about how con artists used his show to misrepresent his show to his fans. I was not surprised! I was surprised by his ability to confront and ask one lady why? He was able to stop just one of those con artists himself. 👊
I wish I had the opportunity to stop the criminals trying to steal my identity, company, work, and voice. I would be so happy just to be able to see one or more of these individuals go to prison for a long time. One and three Americans have experienced identity theft. .14% are solved.
The criminals just move on to someone else!
You're Not Stealing #MyVoice or my identity.
You and I will not be silent!
I will not be silent when an impersonator tries.
I will not be silent when a friend shuts me down!
I will not be silent when an associate or a co-working tunes me out.
I will not be silent when the thoughts in my head say I am not good enough.
When negative evil thoughts say no one wants you.
When others say to you no one wants you or needs you.
When I say to myself, who cares about me?
No one, including myself, will steal my voice.
Let no one steal your voice!
We are created in God's likeness. He gave us life so that we could bring life to others.
If you allow someone to steal #YourVoice, then what God created you to share with the World will never be.
Guess what that means?!
That means that the individual God placed in your life for you to water their dream is not watered by you in the season it is supposed to. Does that mean that individuals' dreams may not be watered at all? No, it means what God wanted you to accomplish with that individual, not to be so. Because you allowed someone or something to silence you.
Season changes.
There is a season for everything brought into existence.
Have you ever heard someone say something or someone was before their time?
I have!
It is time for you and I to no longer let anyone steal our voice.
This is the season God wants you to do what He prepared you to do. He trained you to do. He empowered you to do.
What about those who stood by others to give someone else a voice like "Liuzzo, Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner, James Reeb, Jonathan Daniels, Jim Letherer, Anne Braden, Peter Norman, Juliette Morgan, and William Moore – answered the appeal. They joined the American civil rights movement, working alongside their black countrymen and women, sometimes taking up the fight alone."
Stand Up!
Let Your Voice be heard!
No silence!
Do't let others Steal #YourVoice.
What God intends for you and me, it is for you and me. We must answer our call so that those assigned to us reach the goals God intends in the season He intends for them to come to fruition. That goes for those who are the waters of our seeds (dreams).
You're Not Stealing #MYVOICE!
