DENIAL In 2020, I was having issues with my neighbors above me, Micheal and Mya, in apartment 489. Their children kept pouring liquids and dirt onto my patio. I called the police department and filed a complaint. The mother, Mya, apologized the week I moved out of the apartment complex at The View, in Owings Mills, Maryland. One day, I got a knock on the door from the Police. I was forced to have a psychiatric evaluation for the second time in my life. I was handcuffed by the Baltimore County Police Department Officer and taken to a Mental Hospital. I sat in my room behind a locked area with about 6 other patients while I wanted to be seen. When I was finally seen by the psychiatrist, she appeared by video conference. She was upset that I was ordered to come in and be seen. I was told by the Officer that it was because I had made so many phone calls to the Police Department and that they believed it was unwarranted. They did not investigate my claims. If s...
